Blumberg produces thermal rolls for POS systems, receipt printers and card payment terminals. The thermal paper is bisphenol-free and, depending on the grade, free of all phenols. Our rolls run in all common devices, including terminals from Thales, Verifone, Telecash and Ingenico, and are available in all standard widths, lengths and core diameters. On request, we finish till rolls with individual advertising prints and designs.

What are the advantages of document printing with thermal rolls?
Coating on thermal rolls saves toner and ink cartridges. Thermal printers have fewer moving parts than conventional printers and therefore require very little maintenance. At the same time, they are suitable for intensive continuous use at checkouts and points of sale. Thermal printing is one of the fastest and most efficient printing processes.
What is the shelf life of rolls of thermal paper?
If our thermal rolls are handled correctly, we guarantee a service life of 7 to 25 years - depending on the type of paper selected. This warranty applies to the fully developed typeface if thermal printing has already taken place.
After removing the original packaging, you should use our products as soon as possible after appropriate acclimatization - unfortunately, we have no influence on the ambient conditions. Usually, the original properties remain stable for many years. An exception are extreme climatic conditions.

Blue4est® is an environmentally friendly, fully recyclable thermal paper without chemical developers. The print is created by a physical reaction when heated; the paper is recognisable by its blue colour and suitable for all common thermal printers.
Classic thermal paper does not belong in paper recycling; disposal with residual waste is recommended. Blue4est®, by contrast, is fully recyclable.
